Design Project Manager 

Who you are: 
1. 2-3 years of design/pre-construction project management experience 
2. Manages end to end design process from beginning to end of a new build construction project – preferably in data centers, commercial construction, or critical facilities 
3. Experience with Procore or other construction software 
4. Ability to create and read construction design documents 

What You'll Do: 

• This candidate will create design documents and work with electrical, mechanical, and civil subcontractors on the new build of a data center 
• Work diligently with end client on design process 
• Work regularly with civil, mechanical, and electrical subcontractors 
• Report project timelines to stakeholders

Location: Meridian, MS- onsite 3X per week 

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $110-140K. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience
