Development and Integration Manager:

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and organize key business meetings to track expansion initiatives and opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and business data to support strategic decision-making.
- Consolidate financial and operational reporting into clear, actionable insights for leadership teams.
- Assist in integrating new business units, ensuring financial and operational alignment.
- Support large-scale projects, including acquisitions and new business initiatives.
- Perform financial modeling and data analysis to drive operational efficiencies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve processes.
- Develop presentations and reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Quickly adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in financial modeling, data analysis, or a related field within the Healthcare industry
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros preferred).
- Background in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
- Highly inquisitive and analytical, with a keen ability to identify insights from complex data.
- Strong communicator comfortable presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, including skill set, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $100K – $120K base salary. Please note that this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
