What You’ll Do

• Serve as the translation layer between business stakeholders and the product and engineering team, taking complex, messy business needs and turning them into functional specifications and UI component specs that developers, designers, and QA can actually build and test against
• Own functional acceptance testing and support user acceptance testing, validating that implemented solutions meet defined requirements and business expectations before anything ships to production
• Partner closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement through requirements clarification, impact analysis, and validation of acceptance criteria, embedded throughout the entire build, test, and ship cycle
• Identify gaps in business analysis practices and recommend process improvements that increase delivery efficiency, bringing a self-directed and strategic mindset 

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $50.00 to $59.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
