Digital Content Editor (Temporary) – Location: Remote – Pay: $45-59/hour
Are you a fast-moving digital storyteller who thrives on breaking news, trending topics, and audience engagement? Join a leading audio entertainment and media organization supporting a high-visibility consumer blog, where you'll help create, optimize, and publish content across music, sports, entertainment, podcasts, and news.

Who you are:

• Professional experience creating and editing digital editorial content, ideally within entertainment, media, music, sports, or pop culture.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (or a comparable CMS), SEO best practices, and digital publishing workflows.
• Proven ability to use LLMs and AI tools responsibly while maintaining editorial judgment, fact-checking, and content quality.

What you’ll do:

• Write, edit, optimize, publish, and update timely blog content, including entertainment news, interviews, programming announcements, and trending stories.
• Manage the full CMS publishing process, including formatting, metadata, imagery, internal linking, QA, scheduling, and post-publication updates.
• Monitor trends, search behavior, and programming content to identify editorial opportunities and maximize audience reach through SEO and discovery best practices.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
