Director, Financial Analysis – Capital Planning Opportunity

This is a highly visible opportunity to build and own long-term capital planning, partner cross-functionally across finance, operations, and capital projects, and influence how capital is deployed across the business. What you'll do:
- Build and own the long-term capital planning framework across the portfolio
- Develop models forecasting capital investments over a 10–30 year horizon
- Partner with Capital Projects, Operations, FP&A, and IT to evaluate and integrate initiatives into financial plans
- Track and analyze capital expenditures across infrastructure upgrades and large-scale projects
- Support leadership with capital allocation decisions, scenario modeling, and investment analysis
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or capital planning
- Experience supporting large-scale operational or capital initiatives
- Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build long-term planning frameworks
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with operations, project teams, and finance leadership
- Strong communication skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $161,000 – $201,000 annual base compensation and bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
