Who You Are:
- Bachelors's in Finance, Accounting, or related field, Master's or MBA a huge plus.
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience within manufacturing environment.
- Strong foundation in forecasting, planning, and performance analysis
- Comfortable building structure, improving processes, and driving clarity
- Confident partner to senior leaders with executive presence
What You’ll Do:
- Own FP&A at a global level, supporting planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Provide insights that help leadership understand trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support regular operating rhythms and executive-level reporting
- Partner cross-functionally to improve visibility, accountability, and outcomes
- Help evolve tools, processes, and capabilities as the business grows

Compensation
- Compensation is competitive and reflects experience, skill set, and location.
- The expected base salary range for this role is $200,000-$230,000, plus bonus and potential long-term incentives.
