Director, FP&A – High Impact Opportunity

Who You Are:

  • Bachelors's in Finance, Accounting, or related field, Master's or MBA a huge plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience within manufacturing environment.
  • Strong foundation in forecasting, planning, and performance analysis
  • Comfortable building structure, improving processes, and driving clarity
  • Confident partner to senior leaders with executive presence 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own FP&A at a global level, supporting planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Provide insights that help leadership understand trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support regular operating rhythms and executive-level reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve visibility, accountability, and outcomes
  • Help evolve tools, processes, and capabilities as the business grows

Compensation

  • Compensation is competitive and reflects experience, skill set, and location.
  • The expected base salary range for this role is $200,000-$230,000, plus bonus and potential long-term incentives.
