What you will need:

• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with prior leadership responsibility.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Background in professional services, ideally within the legal industry.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, preparation of financial statements, and ad hoc reporting for firm leadership.
• Lead and manage a team of 10, including Billing Specialists, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Collections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and firm policies.
• Partner with leadership to provide business insights, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with external advisors, auditors, and stakeholders as needed.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $225,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
