Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience in finance systems, finance transformation, or accounting/FP&A operations within complex, multi-entity organizations
  • Proven hands-on leadership with NetSuite ERP implementations and enterprise financial systems consolidation
  • Strong background advising senior leaders and driving change in high-growth, PE-backed, or M&A-driven environments
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing stakeholders across finance, accounting, IT, and operations

What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute a multi-year finance systems and transformation roadmap aligned with growth, acquisitions, and IPO readiness
  • Lead consolidation, standardization, and optimization of core finance platforms (ERP, close management, FP&A, AP/expense tools)
  • Drive automation and AI enablement across accounting, FP&A, and finance operations to improve accuracy, speed, and insight
  • Partner with finance and brand leaders to improve reporting, analytics, SOX readiness, and post-acquisition system integration

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $185,000–$230,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
