Who you are:

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience overseeing information technology applications including experience in the banking/financial industry
• Recent background overseeing application development and business intelligence solutions with a “roll-up-your sleeves” mindset
• Design and development experience with large scale SDLC in .NET Core based applications with API web services, CRMs, Big Data, Data Warehouses, Analytics, Business Intelligence solutions, and Cloud services
• Preferably, you have an MBA along with a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics, with an emphasis on information systems

 
What you’ll do:

• Lead the software development and business intelligence vision, strategy, and roadmap; drive common vision, practices, and capabilities across development teams
• Monitor changes and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency, effectiveness, and competitive advantage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the business and key stakeholder to maximize opportunities for streamlined success
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
 
The expected base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $275,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
