Director of Accounting – e-Commerce
Are you a seasoned accounting leader ready to own the full close, strengthen controls, and build a high-performing team? This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where you’ll partner closely with executive leadership, lead core accounting operations, and help scale processes in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA required; preference for public accounting foundation 
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leading and mentoring teams
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting requirements, and control environments
  • Demonstrated success in owning audit processes and collaborating with external audit and tax partners
  • Leader who thrives in fast-moving organizations and can shift seamlessly between big-picture direction and detailed execution

What you’ll do:

  • Own and enhance the financial close and reporting process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and insight
  • Lead, develop, and elevate the accounting team with a focus on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Enhance operational and performance analysis to deliver meaningful insights that inform business decisions
  • Maintain strong accounting governance, including policies, internal controls, and tax-related oversight
  • Partner closely with the CFO and business leaders to improve forecasting, systems, operational reviews, and overall decision support
  • Play a key role in evolving operational reviews and improving how finance partners with the business
  • Act as a proactive problem solver who makes decisions, drives outcomes, and adds value beyond maintaining the status quo

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
