Director of Business Intelligence – Division FP&A

What you'll do:

  • Build and own the Business Intelligence framework for the Division FP&A team, including dashboard development and reporting enhancements.
  • Translate financial reporting needs into scalable BI tools and improve adoption of existing analytics platforms.
  • Partner with Corporate BI and cross-functional teams to align data, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Identify key performance metrics and build underlying calculations to support business insights.
  • Analyze complex retail and operational data, reconcile discrepancies, and improve data integrity.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for retail assets.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields, with exposure to business intelligence tools.
  • Strong finance foundation with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with ability to build dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $170,000 – $200,000 base salary plus bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
