What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Econ or other related fields required.
• 10+ years experience in accounting required, including experience from a Big 4 firm. 
• Complex consolidation experience and financial reporting for SEC companies/clients

 
What you’ll do:

• Direct a team of 15+ covering consolidation and financial reporting 
• Ensure accordance and compliance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS, & SEC rules and regulations (10Q/10K).
• Non-controlling interest 
• Some technical accounting

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $170,000-250,000, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
