Who you are:

10+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Applied Machine Learning, preferably within financial experience

Strong experience working with large, complex datasets related to operations, incidents, infrastructure, performance, or risk
-
Proficiency in Python and/or R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
-
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
What you’ll do:

Develop and maintain data models and analytics to support F&A IT Operations, operational resilience, and risk reduction

Analyze incident, availability, capacity, and performance data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities

Design executive-level dashboards and KPIs to track operational health and operational performance

Partner with Operations, F&A, and executive teams to drive data-informed modernization and automation

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors including skillset, experience level, and education.
Expected salary range: $170,000 – $250,000 per year
