Director of Finance

Are you a results-oriented Finance Leader ready to take charge and make an impact?

We’re working with a fast-growing and dynamic law firm in Southern California, and they are seeking a strategic and proactive Director of Finance to join the team.

You will have a seat at the executive table, where your insights and leadership will directly influence the future of the firm.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of financial management experience
• Advanced knowledge of accounting systems and financial software.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee financial operations: AP, AR,, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts
• Manage relationships with banks and other key stakeholders
• Implementing performance metrics
• Inspire and mentor a team of finance professionals

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $180,000 to $210,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
