What you’ll do:
- Own the organization’s financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-term financial planning.
- Partner with operational and functional leaders to interpret financial results, identify performance drivers, and support improvements in profitability and execution.
- Create and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and executive-facing materials that enable effective decision-making and performance management.
- Manage relationships with external service providers supporting accounting and procurement activities, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with business needs.
- Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial reporting that is accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards.
- Champion initiatives that improve processes, enhance controls, and support the company’s readiness for future growth, investment, or strategic transactions.
Who you are:
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with exposure to multi-entity or multi-location environments preferred.
- 4+ years in a senior finance role with responsibility for financial leadership, oversight, and team or partner management.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, operational analysis, and process improvement.
- Background working with outsourced or third-party providers in accounting or procurement.
- Strong working knowledge of consolidated financial reporting and GAAP compliance.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 base salary, with potential flexibility pending leadership approval, plus an annual bonus based on company, individual, and departmental performance. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
