Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the global FP&A function, owning enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Prepare and present financial analyses, dashboards, and executive-level materials for senior leadership and the Board.
  • Partner closely with the CFO, CEO, and C-suite to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Support investor relations by preparing earnings materials and participating in the public company earnings cycle.
  • Oversee financial modeling, scenario analysis, and support for M&A and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements, analytics, and automation across FP&A to enhance reporting and insights.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, including managers and analysts.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including people management.
  • Experience supporting a public company FP&A function and full-company forecasting.
  • Strong executive presence with experience interacting with C-suite leadership.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with FP&A systems preferred.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $190,000 to $200,000 plus annual bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
