HR Director – Direct Hire – Remote (Southern California Based) – $100-150k DOE

A prestigious, fast-paced law firm is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead their people operations. Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a strong plus
• Proven HR leadership experience within a law firm or professional services environment is REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
• Experienced in organizational development, compensation strategy, and performance management

What You Will Do:
• Oversee all HR functions across multiple office locations, ensuring compliance with employment law and firm policies
• Serve as a strategic partner to firm leadership on hiring, retention, and culture initiatives
• Lead performance review cycles, benefits administration, and employee development programs
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations with discretion and professionalism

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $100,000–$150,000 annually. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
