Director of Recruitment and Admissions

Experienced enrollment leader overseeing strategic recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management for a diverse portfolio of graduate programs. This role focuses on driving multiyear enrollment growth through data informed strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and high-quality student engagement from inquiry to matriculation.

What you will do:

• Lead strategy and execution for graduate recruitment and admissions, including market analysis, messaging, funnel optimization, and multiyear enrollment planning.
• Oversee admissions operations including application review, scholarship strategy, communications flows, KPIs, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Direct recruitment marketing priorities and collaborate on spend, audience targeting, and performance analytics to support domestic and international growth.
• Mentor and develop a junior team member while establishing scalable processes and preparing for future team expansion.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships (4+1 programs, HBCUs, international affiliates, employer groups, scholarship orgs) to diversify and strengthen pipelines.

Who you are:

• 5+ years in higher ed recruitment or admissions with proven enrollment strategy and KPI driven execution (graduate level experience preferred).
• Ability to blend strategic planning with tactical execution in a small, fast-moving team; strong process improvement mindset.
• Experience recruiting diverse demographics and navigating domestic and international enrollment challenges and opportunities.
• Leadership and mentoring experience with strong communication, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong data literacy and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), with ability to report trends, identify early signals, and adjust strategy accordingly.
