Draw Accountant

Construction Admin:
Accountants' skillsets are often said to be transferable across many industries, but in some cases a precise understanding of an industry is crucial – such as the case with Construction accounting.  We are working with a prominent real estate company that is hiring a Construction Accountant to play a crucial role in the department.  

What you'll do

• Put together draw packages and submit to lender for payment 
• Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders
• Monitor charges applied to a project
• Report to management on any opportunities for additional billings and/or remaining funding available for projects
• Create all project-related billings to clients
• Close out project accounts upon project completion
• Collect and review waivers, ensuring proper supporting documentation from Subcontractors
• Prepare and submit all Job billing
• Arrange for Subcontractors to receive their checks

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $55,000 to $70,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
