Employment Paralegal – Direct Hire – Remote (Southern California Based) – $75-95k DOE

A respected and growing law firm is looking for a detail-oriented Employment Paralegal to support their labor & employment practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing legal team while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely. Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in employment or labor law
• Solid understanding of California employment laws, wage & hour issues, and litigation processes
• Skilled in legal research, case management, and drafting documents

What You Will Do:
• Support attorneys in all phases of employment litigation and administrative proceedings
• Draft and review legal documents including discovery responses, motions, and pleadings
• Conduct legal research on employment-related issues and maintain case files
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and third parties regarding case details

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $75,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
