Enablement Engineer – Advanced Node Power Delivery
Seeking a technically skilled Enablement Engineer to support power delivery network (PDN) enablement for sub-2nm semiconductor technologies. This role focuses on developing methodologies, tools, and design guidance to optimize power grid structures and support 3D integration and backside power delivery across advanced IPs.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and support PDN enablement flows, including IR/EM analysis and sign-off methodologies for advanced IPs (CPU, GPU, SoC).
  • Collaborate with process and design teams to tune technology and guide implementation of backside power delivery solutions.
  • Provide automation, documentation, and design support to enable efficient adoption of PDN best practices across teams.

Who you are:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering with strong understanding of semiconductor physics and PDN design and 3+ years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for automation and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital design PnR flows, SPICE simulations, and effective cross-functional communication.

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $140,000 to $190,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
