Enterprise IT Administrator – San Diego, CA – $120,000–$170,000

Who you are:
 

• 2+ years of experience supporting and administering enterprise systems, with strong hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP, ServiceNow CSM, and/or Salesforce CRM (integrations, security, operations, workflows)
• Strong understanding of business processes such as purchase orders, sales orders, and order-to-cash workflows
• Comfortable leading meetings, gathering requirements, and coordinating projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

 
What you’ll do:
 

• Administer and support NetSuite (ERP), ServiceNow (CSM), and Salesforce (CRM), focusing on integrations, security, workflows, and system operations
• Partner with external consultants who handle advanced customizations while you oversee execution, testing, and alignment to business needs
• Coordinate and lead system enhancement projects, including planning, requirements gathering, and execution
• Explore and support AI-driven integrations and future opportunities to streamline or replace existing systems

What does this position pay?
 
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $120,000–$170,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
