Our client, an innovative biotech organization, is looking for a trusted partner to support their CEO and leadership team in a dynamic, onsite environment. Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in an executive administrative role
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and remote meeting tools
- Able to interface effectively with diverse stakeholders and handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll do:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize competing demands
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including catering, AV, and board meetings
- Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items through completion
- Arrange travel and accommodations while monitoring itineraries and bookings
- Submit expense reports and support HR with interview scheduling and onboarding logistics
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $75,000–$105,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
