Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant (Temporary) – Carlsbad, CA – $65–$75/hour
Are you a seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives supporting at the highest level of leadership? This is a 6+ month temporary opportunity to partner directly with the CEO of a large, global organization, stepping in during a leave of absence and providing high-impact, day-to-day executive support in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Who you are:

• 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite leadership, ideally a CEO, within a global organization
• Proven ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and remain calm under pressure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence

What you’ll do:

• Manage a complex, high-volume executive calendar while balancing shifting priorities
• Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and real-time changes
• Act as a trusted liaison to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining discretion and professionalism

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $65–$75 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
