What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage federal tax compliance and consulting engagements for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of federal income tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
  • Provide technical tax guidance on complex compliance matters, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct tax research and planning for corporate clients, advising on regulatory changes and tax-saving strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on federal tax matters.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, ensuring team success and professional growth.

Who You Are:

  • 5-7+ years of federal tax experience, with a strong understanding of corporate and partnership taxation.
  • Background in public accounting, ideally from a Big 4 or top 30 firm.
  • CPA license required (or actively pursuing for Manager level).
  • Experience working with public company engagements and pass-through entities.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to develop and mentor junior team members.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
