Our client is seeking a Senior Field Service Crew Chief to take ownership of high-profile field operations supporting reciprocating compression equipment. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for a true Subject Matter Expert who thrives in the field—leading critical jobs, driving successful commissioning, and serving as the go-to technical authority across operations, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, leading crews, and delivering results where it matters most, this role puts you at the center of the action.

Who you are:

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Reciprocating Compression
• Associate's Degree with a technical concentration (Bachelor's Degree recommended)
• Training in the oil and gas industry or associated industries

What you’ll do:

• Lead and serve as a technical expert for the crew
• Lead as the SME for the crew
• Ensure the thorough testing of equipment before it is released for operational work
• Supervise quality control processes to track, maintain, and improve customer service to prevent service failures

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $79-93K + OT + Per Diem
