Senior Staff Accountant:

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage general ledger activities for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
  • Produce financial statements and reports, including specialized reporting for real estate equity investors.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to oversee asset-level financial data and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
  • Support fund-level cash management by authorizing transfers and maintaining detailed records.
  • Partner with internal and external teams, including auditors, analysts, and investment partners, to streamline financial processes and reporting.
  • Assist with tax-related processes, including preparing documentation for external tax professionals.
  • Contribute to one-off projects and initiatives that provide exposure to various facets of private equity finance.

Who You Are:

  • Educational Background: Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited university.
  • Professional Certification: Actively pursuing or has completed CPA certification.
  • Experience Level: 1–2 years of public accounting experience preferred but not required; real estate or private equity exposure is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage Intacct is a bonus.
  • Personality Fit: A collaborative team player with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected salary for this role is $70-000 – $85,000 per year, plus a 15% annual performance bonus. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
