Finance Manager – Culture Centric – Stable, Long-Term Growth – Hybrid
 
Want to make a difference? Working directly with the VP of Finance, you’ll be supported in your day-to-day efforts to lead the corporate FP&A function. A strong background in corporate FP&A, analytics, and collaborate with business partners will be to your benefit; every day, your analytical skills will be put to good use as you help to advance and improve this company’s well-established finance department.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field preferred. CPA and/or CFA a plus.
  • 5-8+ years of corporate FP&A and analytics experience. 
  • Great verbal and written communicator.
  • Committed individual with high integrity and self-starter.
  • Ability to lead and drive results with cross-functional leaders.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist the finance team in driving FP&A function through analysis, ad hoc reporting, and preparing corporate financials.
  • Contribute to financial reporting for the executive team.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to help drive strategic and long-range planning.
  • Help with process improvements and efficiencies within reporting.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to guide them in their career aspirations.

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
  • The expected range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
