Who you are:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related. MBA, Master's, or CPA preferred
- 7-9+ years of finance and accounting experience with a public accounting foundation or subsequent related experience
- Hands-on experience leading or supporting acquisition accounting and financial due diligence
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a skeptical, detail-oriented mindset
- Experience leading processes and/or managing team members in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
What you’ll do:
- Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, including managing third-party advisors and synthesizing findings for senior stakeholders
- Drive integration planning, risk identification, and continuous improvement of finance integration processes
- Partner cross-functionally with corporate development, legal, HR, procurement, and business unit finance
- Support post-close integration planning, including operating and financing models
- Manage external advisors and supplemental workstreams, while improving the M&A playbook and processes

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
- The expected range for this role is $120,000–$150,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
