Change Management ManagerRemote (U.S.) | ONLY FOR: New York, San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver, St. Louis  – $120,000-$150,000

Ready to make transformation actually stick? We’re looking for a hands-on Change Manager who knows how to turn major system implementations into successful user adoption. You’ll drive change across 20+ companies, work directly with key stakeholders, and have a clear path toward Project Management

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience with system implementations, change management, user adoption, or business transformation.
  • Proven experience helping lead or directly driving user adoption during major system implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with training, documentation, requirements gathering, testing, stakeholder engagement, and end-user support.
  • Strong communicator who can build relationships, navigate resistance, and get people excited about new ways of working.
  • Experience with ERP, EPM, financial systems, or other enterprise technology implementations is preferred.

What you’ll do:

  • Own change management and user adoption efforts for major system and transformation initiatives across multiple companies.
  • Make sure new technology doesn’t just go live—you’ll help ensure employees understand it, embrace it, and actually use it.
  • Create and deliver training, documentation, communications, FAQs, and other resources that make change easier for users.
  • Gather requirements and feedback, identify adoption risks, and work directly with stakeholders throughout implementations.
  • Be a go-to resource for end users during rollouts, helping solve problems, answer questions, and drive successful adoption.

Why work here:

  • Make a visible impact on transformation initiatives across 20+ operating companies.
  • Take real ownership of adoption instead of sitting on the sidelines of implementations.
  • Work directly with Finance, Accounting, IT, business teams, and leadership.
  • Build experience across multiple transformation initiatives with a clear path toward Project Management.
  • Competitive $120K–$140K base, with flexibility up to $150K for the right candidate, plus up to a 5% bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), learning and development programs, wellness resources, and paid holidays.
