Financial Analyst – Onsite in San Marcos

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years in a Financial Analyst role

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting, manufacturing, agriculture, or construction preferred

• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Changes in Equity)

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word

• Experience with NetSuite, SuiteAnalytics, and/or Power BI is a plus

• Sharp, curious, and eager to learn – you enjoy digging into data and solving problems

• Able to distill large datasets into digestible insights for financial and non-financial stakeholders

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and analyze financial data to inform strategic decision-making

• Manage the company’s reporting package and improve daily sales reporting

• Conduct customer profitability and EBITDA analyses

• Deliver clear, concise presentations to leadership

• Partner with teams across the business to understand and communicate key financial trends

• Support the implementation of Power BI and optimize NetSuite analytics

• Contribute to the broader system buildout and reporting infrastructure

What does this position pay?

• Up to $80,000/year base salary

• Full-time onsite role, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week with occasional overtime
