Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance (FP&A, accounting, or related)
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Fast-paced, collaborative team player who excels in dynamic environments

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor R&D and project spend to ensure alignment with approved budgets
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to forecast labor, headcount, and resource needs
  • Prepare periodic variance analysis and management-level reporting
  • Support planning and evaluation of capital or operational investments
  • Track approvals, maintain financial documentation, and follow up with stakeholders

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
The expected range for this role is $75,000 – $90,000, annualized base compensation plus bonus and equity. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications, physical location and experience
