Financial Analyst & Marketing Business Partner

We’re partnering with a fast growing Consumer Product company, and they are looking for a motivated individual to add to their Commercial Finance team!

You will be in a blended role supporting both marketing and FP&A.

Independent self-starters will have the resources and support to quickly innovate, develop new solutions, and challenge the status quo.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of FP&A experience (coming from a CPG/Retail company)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow 

What You Will Do:

• Act as a financial advisor and business partner to the marketing and administration teams, specially the CMO and CAO.
• Develop and manage the annual, monthly, and quarterly budget, including forecasts and expense planning.
• Assess the financial viability of new projects, product launches, and other strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvement through system enhancements.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $90-100k on base with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
