Lead Accountant (SEC Reporting + Technical Accounting) – Fast Growing Public Technology Company

What you will need:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field. CPA license preferred.
• 5-7+ years of experience at a Big 4 firm and/or at a large publicly traded company 
• Driven and can keep up in fast paced environment 

What you will do:

• SEC reporting
• Equity (large area) .
• Journal entries and recs for equity

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $115,000 to $125,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
