The Financial Reporting Manager will support the preparation of financial statements to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting standards. This person will collaborate with several leaders across the organization to ensure accurate financial information. What you’ll do:

• Prepare workpapers and standalone financial statements for multiple entities. Experience with foreign currency, derivatives and VIEs is preferred.
• Prepare consolidated financials in compliance with SEC reporting regulations.
• Communicate with various groups across the organization to obtain information to ensure accurate and appropriate disclosures.
• Review accounting process and ensure compliance with SOX.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related
• 7+ years’ public accounting experience (Big4) or SEC reporting experience 
• CPA required
• Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting experience

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000 per year plus bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
