Financial Systems Senior Manager – Pasadena, CA (Hybrid) – $160,000–$225,000
Are you a hands-on Financial Systems Senior Manager who enjoys driving enhancements in a stable, collaborative environment? Join a leading global financial services organization where you’ll own core finance platforms, partner closely with Accounting and IT, and help modernize systems that support a growing business. This is a high-impact, direct hire role with an experienced team and meaningful project ownership.
Who you are:
- 10+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP, or finance transformation, with a strong accounting background
- Hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft (required), including general ledger and financial reporting support
- Proven leader with experience managing and mentoring teams in a regulated or SOX-controlled environment
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
What you’ll do:
- Own and optimize core financial systems (ERP, close & consolidation, reconciliations, reporting, integrations) to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations while coordinating testing, deployment, and vendor relationships
- Partner closely with Accounting, IT, and audit teams to support month-end close, controls, and reporting needs
- Manage and mentor a small, experienced team while remaining hands-on with configuration, troubleshooting, and execution

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $160,000–$225,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
