FP&A Lead

Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A) – Chicago, IL

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• Experience with FP&A, financial reporting, journal entries, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and accrual/cash-basis accounting.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate financial insights effectively.
• Confident communicator who can build relationships, present to stakeholders, and explain complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and post journal entries, maintain financial records, and support accurate client financial reporting packages.
• Analyze financial results, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and variances while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partner with operational leaders and management teams to explain financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls, reporting processes, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $100,000-$135,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
