Who you are:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master's a plus.
- 4-6+ years of FP&A experience in with at least one direct report.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with NetSuite or larger ERP is a plus.
- Excellent communicator who can synthesize complex financial data into clear recommendations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for a major business segment.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and reconciliations that drive strategic decision?making.
- Oversee and enhance month?end reporting to improve accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.
- Analyze operational expenses, compensation structures, and key performance drivers to deliver actionable insights.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $110,000-$140,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
