Who you are:

• 4-10+ years of FP&A experience with strong P&L ownership and financial modeling expertise
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze large, complex datasets
• Solid accounting foundation with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Polished communicator with executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership

What you’ll do:

• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and month-end financial reporting for a large office portfolio
• Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers to inform strategic decisions
• Build and maintain financial models and consolidate property-level financials
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, leasing, and asset management teams to deliver actionable insights

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $114,000–$154,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
