FP&A Manager – Product Line Finance

What you'll do:

  • Own revenue FP&A for a core product line within a $1B+ division.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis tied to top-line performance.
  • Build and maintain financial models supporting revenue forecasting and business planning.
  • Analyze pricing, volume, and product mix to drive actionable insights.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain to support decision-making and performance.
  • Support commercial finance initiatives including pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance and drive business outcomes.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of FP&A or related experience.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skillset.
  • Experience partnering with commercial teams such as sales or marketing.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present to leadership.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $135,000 – $145,000 base salary plus bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
