Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer (Front-End Focused) – Hybrid –  Monthly team meetings in Plano, TX or Nashville, TN – $115,000 per year

Are you a React-focused developer who enjoys building and enhancing real-world applications used by clinicians? This is an opportunity to join a stable, healthcare-focused technology organization with fully in-house EMR and billing systems, where front-end performance, clean code, and problem-solving truly matter.
Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience building production-grade web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong hands-on experience with React hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, useReducer) and class components
• Proven experience consuming APIs and integrating front-end components (not building APIs)
• Expert troubleshooter with experience in application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning

What you’ll do:

• Build, enhance, and maintain front-end modules using React and JavaScript based on Jira user stories
• Collaborate closely with .NET API and Oracle PL/SQL developers to translate requirements into UI solutions
• Migrate an existing desktop application to a modern web-based platform
• Optimize front-end performance, identify bugs, and implement scalable, maintainable solutions

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
