Who you are:

  • 10+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, with recent start-up experience
  • Strong expertise in AWS, Python, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices.
  • Proven ability to manage infrastructure and product engineering in regulated or compliance-driven environments, health tech is a big plus
  • Hands-on technical skills with experience implementing AI solutions and integrating AI throughout the SDLC.
  • Startup mindset: collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.

 
What you’ll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team while remaining hands-on with architecture and code reviews.
  • Define and execute AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain and optimize AWS infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product and Security teams to deliver reliable, compliant technology.
  • Inspire a collaborative, accountable, and mission-driven engineering culture.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $200,000-250,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
