Vice President of Finance – Growing CPG Company!

What you'll do:

  • Lead Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, HR, and IT functions

  • Oversee a team of 12 across these functions, mentoring and developing staff while building scalable processes

  • Partner directly with the President and executive team, with regular exposure to the PE sponsor

  • Drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and due diligence activities

  • Oversee audits, accounting operations, and financial reporting

  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and credit facilities

  • Provide strategic insights to support growth, operational efficiency, and profitability

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with leadership across multiple functions (finance, accounting, HR, IT, audit, tax)

  • CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred

  • Background in consumer products, distribution, or related industries

  • Experience working with PE-backed companies and exposure to due diligence preferred

  • Proven ability to mentor and lead teams, while being hands-on with FP&A and accounting oversight

  • Strong communicator with the ability to partner with executives and operational leaders

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

  • The expected range for this role is 180k–210k, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
