Help Desk 

Who you are:

• A+ Certification or equivalent (required)
• Experience in help desk or a similar role (no recent graduates)
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues with computers, mobile devices, network printers, and anything else that beeps.

What you’ll do:

• Provide technical support for PCs, mobile phones and troubleshoot network printers.
• Assisting internal employees, taking in-bound calls and also responding to help desk tickets 

Location: Fully remote

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $18-22/hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
