Help Desk Analyst (Remote | Contract-to-Hire)
Who You Are:
-
A+ certified (required)
-
At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support role
-
Comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of technology — PCs, laptops, iOS & Android phones, network printers
-
Familiar with enterprise environments and ticketing systems (ServiceNow experience is a plus)
-
Strong communicator who can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
-
Fast and accurate typist (40+ WPM)
What You’ll Do:
-
Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal employees only
-
Handle inbound calls and help desk tickets via phone, Teams, and email
-
Troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, mobile phones, printers, and basic network issues

Support mobile device management using Intune / Entra ID
-
Document issues clearly and escalate when appropriate

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
