Who You Are:

• 7+ years of IT support experience, including 4+ years at an MSP
• Skilled with O365, Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and core networking concepts
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and security baselines
• U.S. Citizen

 
What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the senior escalation point for advanced hardware, software, cloud, and network issues across client environments.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for endpoints, servers, Microsoft cloud services, networking devices, backups, and mobile device management.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of users and systems, deploy security tools, and maintain detailed ticket documentation.
• Collaborate with junior technicians and third-party vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
