What You’ll Do

• Serve as the Level 2 escalation point for IT support across the organization. You’ll own issues from start to finish and bring a warm, approachable, service-first attitude to every ticket and in-person request.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune: user access, licensing, MFA, device enrollment, app deployment, and patching. This is a hands-on role with real ownership of devices, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support conference room technology (Teams Rooms and Zoom), Windows 11, and Microsoft Copilot, which has been rolled out across the entire organization.
• Build SOPs and knowledge articles and spot recurring issues so you can recommend lasting fixes. You’ll also support security awareness efforts and use AI tools to make support smarter in a growing, AI-forward IT environment.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in help desk, desktop support, or IT operations
• Current CompTIA A+ certification
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows 11
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude
• A people-first, service-minded approach

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $35.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
