HRIS Analyst (Workday) 

What you will do: 

  • Manage and track HR requests for Workday system enhancements, configuration fixes, and business process improvements.

  • Troubleshoot issues in Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules, collaborating with HR and technical peers.

  • Serve as the bridge between HR and technology, providing support, solutions, and reporting to optimize Workday functionality.

Who you are: 

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with strong focus on Payroll and Benefits modules (configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements).

  • Proven ability to partner directly with HR/business teams as a customer-facing HRIS analyst.

  • Technical depth in Workday configurations, workflows, and reporting, with experience resolving complex system issues.

Location: Houston 3 days in office 

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $90-$120k.  Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
