HRIS Analyst (Workday)
What you will do:

Manage and track HR requests for Workday system enhancements, configuration fixes, and business process improvements.

Troubleshoot issues in Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules, collaborating with HR and technical peers.

Serve as the bridge between HR and technology, providing support, solutions, and reporting to optimize Workday functionality.
Who you are:
-
3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with strong focus on Payroll and Benefits modules (configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements).

Proven ability to partner directly with HR/business teams as a customer-facing HRIS analyst.

Technical depth in Workday configurations, workflows, and reporting, with experience resolving complex system issues.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $90-$120k. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
