Our client is looking for a Financial Systems Implementation Lead to support large-scale finance system implementations and data integrations. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, system readiness, and smooth cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams. Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or financial systems support
• Experience supporting or leading ERP or enterprise system implementations
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and transformation
• Comfortable partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive results

What You’ll Do:

• Lead financial system implementation efforts from planning through go-live and post-launch support
• Manage data migration activities, including extraction, cleanup, validation, and reconciliation
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to configure systems and validate integrations
• Develop and execute testing plans to ensure system accuracy and reporting integrity
• Create documentation, training materials, and process guides to support long-term adoption
• Provide status updates, track issues, and proactively escalate risks to project leadership

Compensation is determined by several factors including skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $53.03–$58.80 per hour.
