Who You Are:

• Strong experience leading month-end close and general accounting functions
• Background in environments with high accounting and compliance standards (public accounting or regulated environments preferred)
• Proficiency in balance sheet reconciliations, financial cleanup, and audit preparation
• Experience with cost accounting and inventory-related processes
• Comfortable navigating less structured environments with evolving systems and data

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support month-end close activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
• Review and improve balance sheet reconciliations and account integrity
• Clean up historical accounting issues and strengthen financial reporting quality
• Support audit readiness by organizing documentation and addressing gaps
• Introduce structure and best practices to accounting processes and workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve consistency in financial data and procedures
